These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Job Command, owned and operated by Austin Brady Fowles ("we", "us", or "Owner"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use Job Command only for lawful job search and networking purposes. You may not use the App to spam, harass, distribute malware, or store illegal content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We only use it to provide and improve the service. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Job Command is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, missed opportunities, or outcomes from your job search.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
